PARTNERING + PRICING STRUCTURES

I’m often asked about how we partner with businesses and pricing structures.

Here are some examples of how we operate:

  • Adhoc work - This is ideal for businesses who need occasional help. We provide our expertise on various topics or projects of varying complexity. Pricing can vary but it’s usually billed hourly. It’s a great way for us to get a feel for each other if you aren’t quite ready to commit to an ongoing fractional service.

  • Fixed fee project work - This is ideal for specific projects requiring pricing certainty and when the scope & outcomes are easily defined. This includes general corporate and commercial legal work such as drafting/negotiating/reviewing contracts, smaller transactions, employment queries, compliance reviews and policy updates. Again a great way for us to get a feel for each other and work on some interesting projects together.

  • Ongoing fractional services - This is when we provide ongoing support (either at fixed monthly rate or on an hourly rate) and embed and integrate with internal teams and systems. We become your point person and available to deal with issues as they arise in timezone. This has been our working model for a couple of our global clients who are expanding in APAC.
