Founder — Phuong Trinh
Phuong is a collaborative and commercially-minded leader and advisor with deep experience supporting global businesses and cross-border operations.
She has over 20 years of experience spanning the legal, finance, and technology sectors. Prior to founding Parse Partners, Phuong successfully led and scaled in-house legal and compliance teams across the Asia-Pacific region and has held executive board positions. She is experienced in providing valuable cross-border support for businesses operating globally including in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, US, UK and Australia.
Phuong was selected for Asian Legal Business’ inaugural “40 under 40” list which recognised bright legal talent across Asia and in 2024 was recognised as a finalist in the 2024 Women in Finance Asia Awards.
She holds a Masters of Laws (LLM), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Business (International Business). Phuong is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
